INTERN - E-COMMERCE DIGITAL SHELF SPECIALIST

Summary of the Role

Digital Shelf is a rapidly growing and evolving business in ecommerce that requires a talented individual to identify market trends and stay ahead of the curve to help KDP remain best in class for single serve brewers and coffee pods. We want to start building talent right out of university in order to not only help them build on their soft skills, but also the company culture and vision. The goal is to coach them in order to retain them for permanent positions as they become available. For this role the candidate will be looking at content onboarding for planning, execution and measurement of Keurig Dr Pepper\xe2\x80\x99s presence across the digital shelves to drive best in class online fundamentals with a continuous improvement mindset

In the Ecommerce Specialist role, 1. you will be managing the Content by working on online content roadmaps, with a focus on content creation and maintenance of digital shelf catalogues 2. Ratings and Reviews \xe2\x80\x93 help manage Bazaarvoice syndication to DTC and etailers, through review collection programs 3. Measurements and Insights \xe2\x80\x93 track online fundamentals leveraging available data from digital shelf tools, stay on top of online trends, best practices to guide overall digital shelf plans
