Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving our customer journey on our website.

Duties

Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement. Responsible for entering and maintaining our online assortment Data entry product information by preparing detailed import sheets in Excel Create great content using key words in product descriptions to improve SEO Work together with our website specialist, our buyers and our sales team on the floor Ensure quality images are available for all the products Collaborate with our team to create fun and commercial content during the different seasons Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website. Execute email marketing campaigns that engage customers and promote products effectively. Utilize HTML skills to enhance website functionality and user experience. Analyze website performance metrics using SQL and other analytical tools to inform decision-making. Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment on goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related field. Attention to detail Microsoft Office experience with a special love for Excel Marketing skills - able to write and read SEO content Social media experience Team spirit Strong understanding of HTML; familiarity with SQL is a plus. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for e-commerce trends and digital marketing strategies.
Position is 3 days a week - 24 hours per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
