Team up with the Best People and the Best products!! The E-Commerce Coordinator will perform a variety of responsibilities related to maintaining daily operation of an e-commerce business. Duties will include tasks related to order processing, inventory control, website product profile updating, and customer service related to orders. 8:00am to 5:00pm (Mon thru Fri) some Saturdays may be required.   • Maintain current product knowledge related to all products sold on the online store.
  • Assist in annual and/or perpetual inventory count procedures.
  • Effectively communicate with suppliers around resolution of problems.
  • Assist other members of the team with basic building maintenance, ensuring we keep the facility well maintained and create a safe work environment.
  • Resolve client inquiries associated with products ordered and/or shipping information related to specific online orders.
  • Maintain online website with uploading of product images and descriptions.
  • Create product listing (part numbers) in our system from manufacturer orders.
  • Responsible for assisting and unloading all warehouse freight, ensuring all items are received and accounted for. Documenting shortages and damaged items. Completing all necessary paperwork and forwarding to the appropriate individuals.
  • High level of detail and accuracy required when receiving inventory into our system. Duties will include costing of product and ensuring quantities and values match.
  • Responsible for bar coding, labeling, binning, and locating all items stocked in the warehouse on shelving and pallet racking.
CRITICAL CAPABILITIES NEEDED FOR SUCCESS:
  • Good working knowledge of the business system and ability to complete the resulting paperwork and to track each stage of the warehousing process.
  • Attention to detail and well organized. Strong desire to do a job well.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers as well as co-workers.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work alone and/or as part of a team.
  • Operate various warehouse product lift/moving equipment safely and may not be limited to a forklift and pallet jack.
  • Experience with Excel and API\xe2\x80\x99s would be considered an asset but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to physically lift a courier parcel maximum weight of 75lbs multiple times daily.
  • Must be able to climb stairs as our facility has an upper mezzanine to pick parts from.
  • Participate in shows and events in other locations when needed.
