Job Description

Position: E-Commerce Coordinator
Location: Toronto - Work from Home

The role of the Merchandising E-Commerce Coordinator is to support the Merchandising team with day-to-day troubleshooting and technical issues escalated by business end-users. The E-Commerce Coordinator will act as the first point of contact and be responsible for addressing level 1 issues and inquiries brought forward on cross-functional systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the central mailbox\'s traffic and volume
- Address and resolve troubleshooting general level SAP, Article Workflow and JDA systems related troubleshooting issues, inquiries and processes via the team\'s central inbox
- Assess, triage and escalate intermediate/complex/critical issues for level 2 support when required
- Coach and guide end-users to address knowledge and training gaps
- Assist with administrative tasks including, but not limited to tracking central mailbox\'s volume to build and create weekly metrics report, drafting and publishing weekly newsletters to business users, documenting and publishing team meeting notes, assisting team with ad-hoc requests as needed
