We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, creative, and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Tommy Gun's Head Office in Downtown Kelowna.

As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will work with the Managing Director of Digital to help manage a team that is growing rapidly in the digital space. Operational excellence in this context spans from the technical platforms, direct customer touchpoints, Campaigns, Capabilities & Payment, Post Order, Omnichannel, and all supporting business processes. You will assist in developing and implementing strategies around SEO, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Content Creation, Social Media, CRM, and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Enrich Websites & Online Content
• Plan & Coordinate Digital Marketing Strategies
• Responsible for day-to-day business operations of the eCommerce platform
• Work with Developers to further optimize our User Experience
• Enhance Customer Journey
• Work with Brands to successfully launch new products & initiatives.
• Ensure content consistency & accuracy across multiple brands
• Promotional Planning & Execution
• Outstanding Organization and Attention to Detail

• Sound Strategic thinker
• Experience in Shopify/Shopify+ or related eCommerce experience
• CRM or Digital Marketing Experience
• Management Experience
• Vendor relation experience
• Google Analytics & SEMRush are considered an Asset
• Facebook Ads Experience
• Adobe Suite Experience is considered an Asset
• Located in Kelowna
