Job Description

Pharmex Direct is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

E-commerce associate

to manage and grow our online sales presence across multiple digital platforms and marketplaces. This role is responsible for overseeing product listings, inventory management, pricing, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing

e-commerce marketplaces

, along with a strong understanding of digital merchandising and customer service best practices.

Key Responsibilities



Marketplace & Product Management



Manage and optimize product listings across multiple marketplaces Ensure all product data--titles, descriptions, pricing, and images--are accurate, compliant, and optimized for visibility and conversion. Monitor and respond to marketplace compliance alerts or product restrictions (especially for pharmacy or health-related products). Coordinate product launches, promotions, and updates across all sales channels. Analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Inventory & Order Management



Track and maintain accurate stock levels across all platforms. Sync inventory systems with fulfillment and warehouse operations to prevent overselling or stockouts. Assist with order processing, including billing, shipping label generation, and fulfillment tracking. Support return and refund processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Customer Experience & Reputation Management



Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints across e-commerce platforms promptly and professionally. Maintain positive seller ratings and compliance with marketplace service-level agreements. Identify recurring customer issues and propose process improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Performance Optimization



Review sales reports, conversion rates, and ad performance across platforms. Implement SEO, keyword optimization, and A/B testing to improve product ranking and sales performance. Support marketing initiatives such as paid ads, email campaigns, and product promotions.

Cross-Department Collaboration



Work closely with the marketing, fulfillment, and billing teams to streamline e-commerce workflows. Coordinate with compliance and operations to ensure all online listings meet pharmacy labeling and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2-3 years of experience managing e-commerce operations and online marketplaces especially WooCommerce.

Strong knowledge of inventory management tools and e-commerce software. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and product tracking. Understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and product optimization. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with Supplements and Vitamins

and/ or other healthcare product marketplaces

. Knowledge of

WooCommerce and inventory synchronization platforms

. Experience with PPC or display ad management.
