About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & E-Commerce Associate to join our Hibou Home team. This hybrid role combines in-store sales with light visual merchandising and e-commerce support. The ideal candidate loves design, thrives in a customer-facing setting, and enjoys the behind-the-scenes rhythm of online retail.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in store, providing a welcoming and knowledgeable shopping experience Guide customers through product selections and close sales with confidence and care Prepare and package online orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and beautiful presentation Receive, verify, and process new product deliveries and inventory Assist with light visual merchandising and in-store product displays Support with website updates, product uploads, and content edits on Shopify Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting retail environment Collaborate with the Hibou team to ensure seamless alignment between in-store and online experiences

Qualifications:

Bilingualism (French & English) is a must Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Experience with Shopify is a strong asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills Interest in interior design and home decor is a plus

Pay: From $16.10 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
