Job Responsibilities

1. Website Operations (Shopify platform, U.S. & Canadian markets)

Manage the company's official website operations and daily maintenance Upload product information, adjust product status, set discount codes Select, create, and update site-wide images (designed for seasonal promotions) Video editing and banner design Add or remove website plug-ins Optimize website structure: adjust sections and product display order according to marketing focus Create special pages (e.g., distributor, military discounts, influencer collaborations) Monitor and respond to website comments in a timely manner Research and analyze competitors' websites for strengths and weaknesses

2. YouTube Channel Management

Edit and upload videos Manage channel content and interact with comments

3. Facebook / Meta Platform Operations

Monitor and promptly reply to comments and user interactions Manage ad campaigns Coordinate with influencers on behalf of the company
Job Requirements

Proficiency in Shopify website operations Strong graphic design and visual aesthetic sense Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Skilled in video editing and design Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Some experience in social media platform management
