We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused E-Bike & Trailer Sales Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about e-bikes and trailers, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a sales-driven environment. In this role, you will guide customers through the buying process, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver an exceptional purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and intended use. Provide detailed and accurate information on e-bike and trailer features, specifications, and pricing. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase. Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and following up with potential buyers. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth and efficient transactions. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers in person and over the phone. Participate in team events, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive engagement and revenue. Stay up to date on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience or experience in a related field preferred. Strong customer service skills with a relationship-building mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience using CRM software or sales tracking tools is an asset. Interest or enthusiasm for e-bikes, cycling, or outdoor recreation is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 (base salary + commission potential) Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: February 2, 2026
