We're Hiring: Powersports Sales Advisor (E-Commerce Focus)

Are you passionate about powersports--ATVs, motorcycles, boats, UTVs, snowmobiles--and love the thrill of turning that passion into high-performance sales? Do you have a sharp understanding of digital retail, e-commerce trends and the use of social media to sell? If so, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

As a Powersports Sales Advisor with an e-commerce focus, you'll bridge the gap between online and in-person sales. You'll engage with customers across multiple channels, drive online conversions, manage product listings, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience--whether they walk into our showroom or visit us online.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to sales inquiries from online platforms, phone calls, and walk-ins Maintain and optimize e-commerce listings (pricing, descriptions, images, inventory) Guide customers through the sales process--from product selection to delivery Stay up-to-date with the latest powersports models and technologies Build lasting customer relationships through expert advice and follow-up with a CRM

What You Bring:

Proven sales experience in powersports, automotive, or related industries Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (eBay Motors, Cycle Trader, Shopify, Marketplace etc.) Comfort with CRM systems and digital lead management Tech-savvy with an understanding of product listings and online customer service Excellent communication and negotiation skills A passion for powersports and outdoor adventure Social media marketing experience

Bonus Points For:

Content creation (video walkarounds, product demos, etc.) Familiarity with using a CRM (Customer Retention Management programs)
