Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social interactions and emotional growth. Maintain organized records of each child's progress and development milestones. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and classroom management strategies. Utilize effective time management skills to balance instructional time with administrative duties. Lead classroom activities while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting is essential. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills to manage lesson plans, student records, and classroom materials effectively. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day. Bilingual proficiency is a plus; ability to communicate in multiple languages enhances classroom dynamics (French language skills are particularly valued). Competence in computer operation for maintaining records and communicating with parents or guardians. Leadership qualities to inspire children and guide them through their learning journey. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
