Job Description
InnoKids Park is a creative innovation centre for children ages 3-12.
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and passionate educator who truly loves working with children and can adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise children at all times and ensure a safe environment Lead creative, play-based and weekly activity programs Support children's emotional, social, and creative development Communicate professionally with families and team members Maintain a tidy, organized, and inspiring workspace Take initiative and adapt when daily needs change Use positive behaviour guidance Collaborate in planning workshops and events
Requirements:
ECE or RECE diploma (or in final year of study) Vulnerable Sector Police Check Valid CPR/First Aid Ages 18-29 preferred (due to business plan requirements) Must live in Orillia Physically active and able to participate in children's programs Passion for creativity and working with kids
