Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

licensed childcare centre

in

Nanaimo, BC

(3255 Stephenson Point Road).

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities for preschool-aged children Maintain a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment Communicate positively with families, coworkers, and management Work collaboratively within a supportive teaching team Follow licensing and health/safety requirements

Qualifications

Valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certification

(required) Experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred Friendly, energetic, and reliable Able to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable speaking with parents and management

Reliable transportation

to and from work Willing to provide required documents prior to starting

Job Details

Position Type:

Full-time (6-8 hours per day)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
