Job Description
Kids Academy in Port Moody, provides high quality daycare to children aged 0-5 years, in a spacious facility, with bright classrooms and a two large on-site playgrounds.
We are currently looking for team members with their ECE (Infant Toddler designation preferred) to join our team. Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials in line with Kids Academy's framework Implement and make necessary adjustments to daily schedule to meet the developmental needs of the children in the classroom Follow childcare regulations during work hours, in and outside of the classroom Follow the designated lesson plans when interacting with children Abide by all policies and procedures set forth by Kids Academy Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment Able to communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children
Requirements:
Valid BC ECE license Valid First Aid, CPR certificates and valid CRC record Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with children, parents, and colleagues
