Responsibilities

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Facilitate daily activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements

Early Childhood Education Assistant Licesense a must. Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability follow the lead montessori teachers guidance in the classroom Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Previous experience in a teaching or childcare role is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
