Early Childhood Educator: Alberta Level 2 Or Level 3

Job Description
The Pumpkin Patch Daycare in Smoky Lake, Alberta is currently seeking two full time Level 2 or Level 3 Educators with a positive attitude. We are seeking Daycare and Out-of-School Care coverage.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Planning activities based on children's development and abilities stimulating a variety of social, emotional, physical, Intellectual, and creative needs
- Preventative problem solving, by actively supervising children's play and using redirection
- Supervising Children ages 0-6 and 6-12 years old, and ensuring a safe and positive environment
- Regular cleaning duties
- Organizing and preparing center rooms
- All care giving duties associated to child care
Qualifications:
-Early Childhood Certificate or Diploma Level 1 or 2
-Standard Child Care First Aid & CPR/AED Level B
-Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 3 months
-2 professional references and 1 personal reference
- Experience in or knowledge of Alberta's Flight Curriculium an asset
