We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities

Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development. Support children during playtime, meals, naps, and learning activities to ensure their safety and engagement. Foster a caring and inclusive environment that respects individual needs, including working with children with disabilities. Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to support children's growth and address any concerns. Support the supervision of children during outdoor activities and field trips. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Experience

Prior classroom experience working with young children is preferred. Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Background in teaching or early childhood education is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to care for and engage with children through caregiving roles or related positions. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and team members. Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
