Little Bugs Nursery is looking for a loving, energetic, and confident Early Childhood Assistant (ECA)

Maternity Leave Coverage (with Potential for Permanent Full-Time Placement)

to join our Toddler Classroom.

Responsibilities Include:

Supporting daily routines, transitions, and program planning Engaging children with warmth, patience, and enthusiasm Maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Collaborating closely with our RECE team and centre supervisor Building positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Requirements:

ECA certification or equivalent experience working with toddlers Clear Vulnerable Sector Check Up-to-date CPR/First Aid Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for early childhood education

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
