Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Educators- Level 2/Level 3 to support the development and well-being of children in our care. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children, possess strong caregiving skills, and be committed to fostering positive growth and learning experiences.

Duties

Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure safety at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap times Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and needs Support children with special needs or disabilities as required Foster positive behavior through encouragement, guidance, and appropriate discipline strategies Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and licensing requirements

Skills

Prior classroom experience working with children is highly desirable Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong teaching abilities to facilitate learning through play and structured activities Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices Genuine care for children's well-being, safety, and development Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Patience, empathy, and adaptability in handling diverse needs of children Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports all children's growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
