Job Description

The Hughson Group is a Kingston based company that specializes in road side safety products, barrier wall and noise walls, overhead sign foundation, drilling and fencing. As the industry continues to thrive, we are seeking an experienced and Class DZ licensed Driver to help with daily onsite tasks. As a DZ Driver your wage will be based on your experience.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Drive and Operate Heavy Trucks on site as per supervisor's direction

- Daily inspection and log of vehicle as per MTO requirements

The right person for the job must have:

- DZ license required (AZ or ARZ preferred)

- Experience operating heavy commercial vehicles is considered an asset

- Ability to work safely in a high-pressure environment

- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Ability to follow directions from supervisor and work with crews effectively

- Clean Driver's Abstract

This position is full time with benefit package starting after 6 months and a RRSP program starting after 8 months. This position would have night shifts and weekends paid at an additional $5.00/hour.

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
