Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials to and from job sites in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, commercial driving, and adherence to safety regulations. The Dump Truck Driver will play a crucial role in supporting our construction and transportation operations. Must have 3 years experience and a clean drivers abstract.

You must pass a road test with our team in order to be hired.

Responsibilities

Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, sand, dirt, and other construction materials. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of materials at designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate records of materials transported, including delivery tickets and logs. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules. Perform basic maintenance on the truck as needed, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Proven experience in commercial driving, particularly with dump trucks or similar heavy vehicles. Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is preferred. Familiarity with automotive repair is a plus for basic maintenance tasks.

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
