Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, with responsibilities that may include carpentry, drywall installation, and general maintenance person tasks. A strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to read blueprints will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and renovation of structures according to project specifications.
• Perform tasks such as carpentry, drywall installation, and caulking as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements.
• Conduct construction painting and finishing work to enhance the appearance of structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills in carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, and painting are highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:
