Able to work independently and diligently A people-person who can work with both kids and more mature students University students, graduates, and those with RCM/Rockschool certification are encouraged to apply, but we also welcome music instructors with extensive performance experience Access to reliable transportation to get to and from lessons Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese is not required, but strongly preferred Friday availability preferred

Provide music instruction using a credited curriculum (RCM, Rockschool, etc) or create personalized lessons based on student needs Co-operation with TLMA to ensure success of lesson promotions and student recitals / performances Guide students towards musical success Promote the joy of playing and creating music Create a respective and fun environment Provide lesson feedback and build strong relationships with students and parents to better reach their goals Arrive 5-10 minutes early before each lesson Friday availability preferred
