We are seeking a dedicated and skilled, Already CERTIFIED, Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating and training new drivers in a behind-the-wheel settings. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching safe driving practices. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the driving habits of future motorists, ensuring they are well-prepared to navigate the roads confidently and responsibly.
Responsibilities
Provide hands-on instruction during behind-the-wheel training, guiding students through various driving scenarios.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance evaluations.
Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding training schedules, expectations, and any areas for improvement.
Stay updated on state regulations and best practices in driver education to ensure compliance and enhance instructional quality.
Requirements
Valid driver INSTRUCTORS license with a clean driving record.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Ability to create an engaging learning environment that fosters student participation and enthusiasm.
Patience and adaptability to work with students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
