Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Driving Instructor to join our team In Vancouver. In this role, you will be responsible for educating and training new drivers in safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. Your ability to communicate effectively and create a positive learning environment will be essential in helping students gain the confidence and skills necessary to become responsible drivers.

Duties

Conduct in-car instruction on driving theory, traffic laws, and safe driving techniques. Provide hands-on training in vehicle operation, including maneuvering, parking, and defensive driving. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Develop lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles. Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment during both classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction. Communicate effectively with students and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement. Stay updated on state regulations and best practices in driver education.

Experience

Previous experience in tutoring or educational roles is preferred, with a focus on effective communication skills. Class 5,7 driver instructor is require. Familiarity with classroom management techniques to engage students effectively. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students of diverse backgrounds. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
