About the Role
Being a Driving Instructor isn't for everyone. It's one of the most challenging -- and most rewarding -- jobs you'll ever do.
You'll be guiding students through one of the most important skills they'll ever learn. You'll teach them not only how to pass a test, but how to drive for life -- safely, confidently, and responsibly.

What You'll Do
Provide professional in-vehicle driver training following Young Drivers' proven curriculum.
Coach students through their fears, mistakes, and successes with patience and care.
Teach defensive driving techniques and real-world safety strategies.
Maintain accurate student progress records and lesson reports.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with students, parents/guardians, and office staff.
Represent the Young Drivers brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
Valid Ontario G driver's licence (G2 Exempt).
Minimum 5 years of driving experience with your G licence.
Clean driving record.
Ability to obtain a clear Level II Police Check.
MOT Driving Instructor Licence (or willingness to obtain one - we can help with training)
Flexible availability for daytime, evening and weekend work shifts.
Experience in teaching or tutoring an asset.
