: $18/hour (3-month probationary period), $20/hour thereafter

Overview

We are a rapidly growing parcel delivery company seeking a

Driver Manager

to manage daily warehouse operations and lead a small but dynamic warehouse team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and safety of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assign delivery routes to drivers based on schedules and operational needs. Follow up on problematic orders Support drivers and help solve delivery issues Maintain accurate records of delivery performance and operational metrics.

Qualifications

Education

: Post-secondary education (diploma or degree) in supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline.

Experience

: No prior experience required, though related experience is a strong asset.

Skills and Requirements

: Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with route planning or dispatching software is an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage independent contractors. Hardworking, positive attitude, punctual & polite.

Availability

: 5 days shift, and must be available for morning (6:00 am - 1:00 pm) and night (6:00 pm - 12:00 am) shifts.
