Summary

As a Caregiver at Pinnacle Age Well, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors. Located in Canada, this position involves providing compassionate support and assistance to our clients, ensuring they can thrive in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for seniors. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Support clients with dementia and other cognitive impairments through compassionate care. Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as needed to ensure client safety. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in assisted living or nursing home settings. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans. Document client progress and communicate effectively with family members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Caregiving experience

Reliable transportation

(own vehicle required for commuting and potential errands).

Strong communication and organizational skills.
