What You'll Do

o Perform residential, commercial, and restaurant drain cleaning services.

o Clear clogs and blockages in sinks, tubs, toilets, floor drains, and main sewer lines.

o Operate professional drain cleaning equipment: cable machines, augers, hydro jets, and inspection cameras.

o Troubleshoot and explain issues clearly to customers.

o Deliver excellent customer service -- always honest and professional.

o Document jobs and coordinate with the office for scheduling and follow-ups.

Requirements

o Experience with drain cleaning equipment (cable machines, augers, hydro jets) is an asset.

o Plumbing or mechanical background preferred, but we train the right candidate.

o Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.

o Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Comfortable handling residential, commercial, and restaurant service calls -- including after-hours emergencies when scheduled.
