We are currently recruiting for Dozer/Loader/Operators to join our dynamic team!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled
Loader/Dozer Operator
to join our soil pit operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move, load, and manage soil/materials in a safe and productive manner.Key Responsibilities:
Operate wheel loaders and dozers to load trucks, move material, and maintain stockpiles. Perform pit maintenance, including grading, pushing, and leveling material. Follow safe operating procedures and comply with all company and regulatory safety policies. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Work closely with dispatch, tandem drivers, and other operators to ensure efficient material flow. Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating loaders and/or dozers in a pit, quarry, or construction setting. Strong awareness of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to work independently and a self starter Able to work in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to site.
