Job Summary:

We are currently seeking

experienced Dozer and Excavator Operators

to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering competitive wages, with opportunities to work on a variety of construction and maintenance projects.

Wage range will be $25 to $32 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain heavy equipment with a focus on dozers and excavators

Perform tasks such as grading, backfilling, and site preparation

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized job site

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment

Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience operating

dozers and excavators

(required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Solid understanding of equipment operation, safety, and basic maintenance Ability to read and follow construction plans and site instructions Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Reliable, safety-conscious, and physically able to work in varying weather conditions
