Job Summary
Were looking for:
3 excavator operators to begin work in Salmon cove ASAP
1 Dozer operator in Burnt point ASAP
Job scope is grubbing, clearing, and site cleanup for fire break
Responsibilities
Operate bulldozers and other heavy equipment, including excavators. Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working condition. Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including lubrication and minor repairs. Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans effectively. Follow safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Experience
Proven experience as a Bulldozer Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in operating various types of heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, loaders, backhoes, and graders. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment. Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 84 per week
