We're Hiring: Dozer Operator
Precise. Experienced. Ready to shape the land?
We're looking for a skilled Dozer Operator to join our excavation team. You'll handle grading, site prep, and earthmoving tasks on residential, commercial, and municipal projects--always with a focus on safety and accuracy.
What You'll Do:
Operate dozers to cut, grade, and level terrain Perform pre- and post-operation inspections Read and follow grade stakes, drawings, and site plans Work with foremen and crew to meet daily goals Adjust blade use to match ground conditions Operate safely near utilities and in tight spaces Report equipment issues and perform routine checks Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized site
What We're Looking For:
Proven dozer operating experience on excavation or construction sites Strong grading skills with tight tolerances Knowledge of GPS/laser-guided systems (asset) Safety-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Safety tickets (Ground Disturbance, CSTS, First Aid) are assets
