Door to Door Supervisor
to join our successful team.- No Experience Required!
As a Door to Door Supervisor, you will carry out duties such as:
Supervise lead generation team who provide free lawn care estimates to prospective clients Assign areas to solicit, drive within Calgary and surrounding areas, walk for up to 6 hours Check validity of marketing leads Transport lead generation team to and from specific areas of the city with company vehicle Lead team in structures and goals by coaching and motivating!

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:
Clean driving record with minimum 5 years driving experience Drivers Abstract Required Team-lead experience Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Positive mindset with ability to work in a results-oriented environment Dependable and Reliable
Job Types: part-time, Seasonal
Salary: $18.00 per hour + bonus per qualified lead (potential to reach up $30 per hour)
Benefits:On-site parking Company events
Schedule:4-5 hour shifts Monday to Thursday 3pm till 8pm and Saturday 9am till 2pm
Supplemental pay types:Bonus pay
