Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to build rapport quickly. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to work independently while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Duties

Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers in assigned neighborhoods. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed targets. Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and set appointments. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that enhance sales efforts. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or technology sales is preferred. Familiarity with telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales outcomes. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player. Demonstrated experience in business development and marketing strategies is advantageous. A positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
