Job Overview

We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our team in Milton. Your main responsibility will be going

door-to-door

to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and close sales. This is a fast-paced, high-energy role, and reliable transportation is required as you'll be on the move daily.

Responsibilities:

Go

door-to-door

to engage with homeowners and present our services in a professional, approachable manner. Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value of our services. Negotiate contracts and close sales while fostering positive relationships with clients. Track sales activities, manage leads, and report performance metrics using project tracking tools like Homebase. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any client concerns. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, market trends, and potential product improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in door-to-door, field sales, or customer-facing roles. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade decision-makers. Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and trust with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) or similar tools for tracking sales and client interactions is an asset.

A valid G2 or G class driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
