We are seeking dynamic and motivated Door-to-Door B2B Professionals specializing in TELCO and FIBER services. This role involves engaging with potential business clients directly in their locations to promote, educate, and secure new business accounts. Ideal candidates will possess strong outside sales skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a keen understanding of business development strategies. Fluency in Spanish is a plus to effectively communicate with diverse client bases. Responsibilities



Conduct door-to-door outreach targeting local businesses to introduce TELCO and FIBER solutions. Identify potential client needs and tailor presentations to demonstrate the value of our services. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation. Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress. Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve service offerings. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles, preferably within telecommunications or technology sectors. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in Spanish is highly desirable. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines. Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans. Customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a door-to-door environment. Valid driver's license preferred for travel between client sites.
