We're looking for high-energy, driven individuals to join our commercial sales team as Door-to-Door Sales Agents. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for business owners and property managers, introducing them to the benefits of switching to solar energy with Polaron Solar.
This is a field-based, outbound sales role focused on identifying and qualifying leads for our commercial solar specialists. You'll be targeting small to mid-sized businesses and commercial property owners across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvass commercial areas door-to-door to generate qualified leads
Educate potential clients on the financial and environmental benefits of commercial solar energy
Schedule appointments for senior solar consultants to deliver formal proposals
Track leads, interactions, and feedback in CRM tools
Represent Polaron Solar professionally, building trust and interest with every interaction
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a strong asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunter mentality
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for several hours
Professional appearance and demeanour
Ability to learn and effectively communicate solar and energy savings concepts
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
