What You'll Do:

Monitor off-leash dog interactions to ensure safety and harmony Intervene gently and appropriately when play gets too ruff Communicate confidently with pet parents and team members Maintain a clean, secure, and positive park environment Support bookings, special events, and facility needs Work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule Be a well-informed member of the team to help promote our services to visitors based on their pet's unique needs

What You Bring:

Professional experience caring for dogs (e.g., daycare, training, boarding, or veterinary) Confidence in managing canine behavior--knowing when to observe and when to step in A steady, composed energy (dogs feel what you feel!) Clear communication and a collaborative spirit Bonus points if you're trained in dog body language or canine first aid!
