This is job is for a dedicated and passionate Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs while ensuring their well-being and happiness. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a love for animals, making every dog's experience enjoyable. There is opportunity for growth in this role.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with dogs during playtime to ensure safety and enjoyment. Maintain cleanliness of the daycare area, including regular cleaning of play spaces, kennels, and equipment. Feed and provide fresh water to dogs as per their individual needs. Monitor dog behavior and health, reporting any concerns to management promptly. Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to pet owners. Manage playtime activities with dogs to promote and educate socialization and exercise. Perform heavy lifting as needed, including moving dog crates or supplies. Maintain accurate records of dog attendance, feeding schedules, and any incidents that occur during daycare hours. - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for both dogs and staff.

Requirements

Passion for animals and experience working with dogs is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for the role. Excellent observational skills to monitor dog behavior and health. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate daycare hours, including weekends if necessary. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed throughout the day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$18.91 per hour
