Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Daycare Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for dogs while ensuring their well-being and happiness. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, strong customer service skills, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as required. Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

Supervise and interact with dogs in a daycare setting to ensure their safety and enjoyment. Maintain cleanliness of the daycare area, including regular cleaning of play spaces, feeding areas, and restrooms. Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their dogs' behavior and needs. Assist in feeding and administering medications to dogs as needed. Monitor dog behavior and report any concerns or issues to management promptly. Engage in playtime activities with dogs to promote physical exercise and socialization. Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure environment for both dogs and staff.

Requirements

Previous experience working with animals or in a daycare setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners. Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds). A genuine love for dogs and commitment to their care and well-being. Excellent observational skills to monitor dog behavior and health. Ability to work flexible hours (hours of operation: Monday - Friday 6:30AM to 6:30PM) Reliable transportation
