Our client in the Insurance industry is in search of Document Prep Representative/ Mailroom Clerk in the Richmond Hill area.
Document Prep Representative/ Mailroom Clerk
What\'s in it for You?
- $18-$20 an hour plus 4% vacation pay
- Paid weekly, every Friday
- Safe, clean, work environment
- Monday-Friday- 8:30am-4:30pm
- Able to lift upto 35lbs
" Prepping, scanning and indexing Insurance documents, which includes but is not limited to physical documents received via mail, fax and courier
" Printing and inserting Insurance documents
" Sorting, prepping and scanning incoming policy and claims mail
Who You Are
" 1-2 years administrative skills
" Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail
" Excellent communication skills both written and oral
" Proficient in Microsoft Office
" Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
" Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
Must be able to clear backcheck and adhere to company\'s vaccination policy.
