We operate four Pulp and Paper Mills out of Saint John and St. George New Brunswick that produce 1 Million Tonnes of Product and employ over 1000 employees.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Experience working within a multi-discipline team environment.
• Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with document control systems and processes
• Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office & SharePoint
• Experience with AutoCAD / 3D modeling
• General IT / computer troubleshooting experience & knowledge would be considered an asset.

Education:

• Engineering Technologist, or equivalent experience with alternative educational background

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all day-to-day document management for capital projects
• Assist Project Managers with setup/customization of projects within a document management system to ensure standards are kept up to date.
• Scanning, printing, and filing paper/electronic documents.
• Working with engineering consultants on projects to ensure documents are being issued properly.
• Work to improve document management from project to project \xe2\x80\x93 working closely with various project managers.
• Provide leadership to the different sites and project teams, by establishing practical document management processes and requirements.
• Training new users in the company document management system
