We are seeking a talented and passionate Disc Jockey (DJ) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a love for music and the ability to create an energetic atmosphere at various events, including parties and corporate functions. As a DJ, you will be responsible for selecting and mixing music that engages the audience, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.

Duties

Curate and maintain an extensive music library that caters to diverse audiences and event themes. Set up and operate sound equipment, including mixers, turntables, and speakers. Read the crowd and adjust music selections accordingly to maintain high energy levels. Collaborate with event coordinators to understand client preferences and event requirements. Promote upcoming events through social media platforms and engage with fans online. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition before each event and troubleshoot any issues that arise during performances. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients and guests.

Experience

Previous experience as a DJ or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; passion for music is essential. Familiarity with various music genres and trends to cater to different audiences. Proficiency in using DJ software and equipment is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and attendees. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends, as required by events.
