Join JLL as our Divisional Director, Client Sourcing and lead the future of commercial real estate sourcing across Canada. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll drive strategic sourcing operations for one of the world's leading commercial real estate services firms, working with premier clients to deliver innovative procurement solutions that shape the industry.



As the strategic leader of JLL's Canadian Sourcing and Procurement platform, you'll collaborate with senior executives, manage high-performing teams, and drive business growth while delivering exceptional client outcomes.



What your day-to-day will look like:



Lead High-Performing TeamsBuild, mentor, and develop world-class sourcing and procurement professionals

Create succession plans and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture

Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies

Coach team leads on performance and career development

Drive Strategic ExcellenceDevelop comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with Canadian market dynamics

Partner with Divisional Presidents and Managing Directors to set strategic priorities

Lead complex sourcing initiatives and supplier relationship management

Implement best practices and drive innovation across the platform

Accelerate Business GrowthServe as subject matter expert for renewals, expansions, and new business opportunities

Partner with Americas Sourcing Solutions Development and Category Management teams

Lead client presentations and strategic sourcing discussions

Drive "no-bid" renewal strategies through proactive client partnership

Deliver Financial ResultsOwn sourcing compliance and performance management across your portfolio

Identify risks and opportunities while recommending mitigation strategies

Develop analytical frameworks for measuring sourcing effectiveness and savings

Ensure adherence to JLL and client policies and procedures



Required Qualifications:



Experience & EducationBachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

15+ years of sourcing and procurement leadership experience

Proven track record in the Canadian facilities and construction industry

Experience leading large, geographically distributed teams in matrix organizations

Stimuler l'excellence strategique

Developper des strategies d'approvisionnement globales alignees avec la dynamique du marche canadien

Collaborer avec les presidents divisionnaires et les directeurs generaux pour etablir les priorites strategiques

Diriger des initiatives d'approvisionnement complexes et la gestion des relations fournisseurs

Implementer les meilleures pratiques et stimuler l'innovation a travers la plateforme



Accelerer la croissance des affaires

Servir d'expert en la matiere pour les renouvellements, expansions et nouvelles opportunites d'affaires

Collaborer avec les equipes de developpement de solutions d'approvisionnement et de gestion de categories des Ameriques

Diriger les presentations clients et les discussions d'approvisionnement strategique

Piloter les strategies de renouvellement sans appel d'offres grace a un partenariat client proactif



Livrer des resultats financiers

Assumer la conformite d'approvisionnement et la gestion de performance a travers votre portefeuille

Identifier les risques et opportunites tout en recommandant des strategies d'attenuation

Developper des cadres analytiques afin de mesurer l'efficacite de l'approvisionnement et les economies

Assurer l'adhesion aux politiques et procedures de JLL et des clients



Qualifications requises :



Experience et formation

Baccalaureat requis; MBA prefere

15+ annees d'experience en leadership d'approvisionnement et d'achats

Historique prouve dans l'industrie canadienne des installations et de la construction

Experience en direction de grandes equipes geographiquement distribuees dans des organisations matricielles
