Job Summary
The Rehabilitation and Continuing Care Program is seeking a highly motivated and experienced health care professional with a collaborative management style to join its management team. Leadership within the Program is currently required in the area of Tertiary Rehabilitation. This position is accountable for the effective planning, direction and evaluation of patient and client services within an existing division (24 bed inpatient unit). Specific accountabilities include, but are not limited to, human resource management, including recruitment, financial management, including budget preparation and monitoring, planning, development and evaluation of division goals and objectives, policy and standards development and implementation and evaluation of quality initiatives. Additionally, the Division Manager will manage associated projects/tasks relevant to the rehabilitation program (i.e. representing the program on regional committees, quality improvement projects, intake, support of casual staff).

Job Qualifications
Education
A Baccalaureate Degree in a health related discipline is required.
Master's degree in the applicable area is preferred.

Experience
A minimum of five (5) years clinical experience in rehabilitation within the last seven (7) is required.
Management experience is required.

Current registration/licensure in the relevant professional association is required.
A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required
