We are seeking an experienced and motivated District Operations Manager to lead our Grande Prairie district operations. This role is key to ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence across both field and shop environments. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can balance operational strategy with day-to-day execution, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do



Oversee all district operations to ensure they are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement of operational systems, processes, and best practices. Manage shop and inventory control functions. Ensure legal and safety compliance across all operational procedures. Conduct quality control checks and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of field and shop technicians. Dispatch field technicians according to skill level and project requirements to ensure effective job execution. Cultivate a strong safety culture and champion Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management efforts. Foster strong client relationships through reliable communication and high service standards. Identify and implement cost-reduction, efficiency, and service-quality improvements.

What We're Looking For



Minimum 5 years' experience in an Operations Manager or equivalent leadership role. Strong understanding of operational management and organizational effectiveness. Familiarity with business and financial principles. Post-secondary education in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is considered an asset. Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
