POSITION SUMMARY Reporting to the PDC Manager, the PDC Administrator provides administrative support relating Operations
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Equipment maintenance - schedule, track and monitor
  • Facility maintenance - liaison with Toronto, schedule and report
  • Operating budget - monitor, track and report
  • Operational supplies - manage inventory levels & replenish as required through the established ordering process
  • Prepare established month end reporting
  • Liaise with Toronto for inventory and movement controls
  • Schedule all inbound activities (Korea, local and other) - track and log
  • Monitor systems daily to communicate KPI alignment
  • Act as liaison with Toronto to support all inventory investigations & receipt support
  • Address customer queries in an effective & efficient manner, providing excellent customer service
  • Back up to the HR / Office Administrator and support as required
  • Work closely with Operational management and support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in a warehouse environment
  • Previous administration experience is considered a strong asset
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Must be team oriented and customer service focused
  • Solid organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
