We're looking for a proactive On-Site Distribution and Inventory Manager to ensure smooth product flow and organization throughout the tournament site. This fast-paced, hands-on role requires early mornings, attention to detail, and the ability to manage physical tasks, including some heavy lifting. Key Responsibilities
:
Product Movement & Organization:
Manager a team of runners to receive, load, and move produce, dry goods, beverages, and other products by hand or with basic material handling equipment
Equipment Use:
Operate a variety of equipment including forklifts to load , unload and move materials and products
Efficient Storage:
Ensure all goods are stored in their proper locations according to inventory control procedures (First In, First Out) to keep products fresh and organized.
Stocking & Replenishment:
Ensure the team regularly stock all areas around the site based on predetermined par levels, making sure that products are available for all areas in need.
Order Fulfillment:
Collect and fill requisition orders as requested and transport products to various areas using carts, dollies, or by hand when necessary.
Inventory Accuracy:
Oversee periodic inventory counts for products in storage units or specific locations to maintain accurate stock levels.
Last-Minute Replenishments:
Coordinate responses to urgent product needs, ensuring that all areas have the supplies they need to keep operations running smoothly.
Additional Responsibilities:
Occasionally perform heavier lifting and assist with product loading/unloading by hand.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all areas are orderly and safe.
Ensure that the products and inventory are stored in an accessible and secure manner at all times.

Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience is required
Forklift certification is required
Physical ability to lift and move heavy products (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to use equipment like golf carts and dollies for product transport.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
