Join us to support our client, a major North American retailer, whose distribution center operates in the heart of Montreal (accessible by public transportation). They are currently seeking a warehouse Team Leader for the evening shift. Seize this opportunity now!

Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the team leader is responsible for supporting warehouse activity planning, optimizing resources, and ensuring process execution.

Plan and prioritize warehouse activities based on specific areas (reception, storage, and shipping);
Manage key individual performance indicators (KPIs) for your team.
Conduct team meetings to communicate the evening plan (forklifts, pallet jacks, containers, etc.);
Propose solutions to optimize productivity through process review and problem-solving;
Generate reports multiple times per evening to track action plans, gaps such as missing boxes, picking, and prioritize tasks, etc.;
Verify price errors;
Generate reports, communicate action plans, and set evening priorities;
Conduct research in SAP and correct discrepancies, if necessary;
Promote best practices and adherence to health and safety standards;
Prepare and participate in the transition meeting between the day and evening shifts - ensure all information is passed to the day shift;
Coach and consolidate the team;
Develop evening action plans based on SAP data, incidents, meetings...
Prepare the picking process for the next day.
